Minister for Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, William Lukuvi suspended the National Housing Cooperation (NHC), General Director, Nehemia Mchechu for further investigation over number of allegations facing him.
Information revealed by the Ministry Permanent Secretary, Dorothy Mwanyika, said that Lukuvi suspended him and other top officials by regulation F.35 of the Public Services Recruitment Act of 2009.
Mwanyika outlined that Lukuvi also has ordered the NHC board to suspend Raymond Mndolwa who was the Region Services and Administration of the NCH for the same allegations.
“The minister decision will be valid effectively from now when I revealed this report,” said Mwanyika.
The decision came few days after President John Pombe Magufuli launch Iyumbu Satellite Centre constructed by the NHC in Dodoma.
