Relations between China and India are nearly souring after China's move to build-up air defence capabilities , Chinese media have reported.
According to CNN Chinese State media reported that the Asian country is building-up of air defense capabilities close to its western frontier, the West Theater Command.
It is said the Western area is a strategic are which covers security along Chinese mountainous far Western Border threatening India.
Media reports that China has been conducting aerial combat training exercises in western part of the country using its J-10 and J-11 fighter jets.
A Chinese military expert Zhongping Song was quoted saying China will continue strengthening its fighter jets in Western Theater Command as far as India continues to import .
The announcement is an important signal after last summer's territorial standoff between the two countries in Doklam, near the borders of India, China and Bhutan, analysts say.
The director of the Centre on Asia and Globalisation at Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy Kanti Prasad Bajpai,told CNN that the article relealsed by the People's Liberation Army's website means China is sending a message to India that their conflict on Doklam is not over.
But India is claiming that it is China that threats it and not them threatening China.
