Minister of State in the President's Office-Public Service Management and Good Governance Angella Kairuki has ordered establishment of One Stop Center for Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and Business Registrations and Licensing Agency (BRELA) so as to boost collection of taxes as well as to improve business registrations.
Minister Kairuki pointed out that establishment of TRA and BRELA One Stop Centers (OSC) will simplify the work as well as boost collection of taxes, but also to improve registration of businesses in the country.
She also reminds public Human Resource Managers to employ qualified people after verifying academic certificates, because the government has lost a lot of money paying to ghost workers.
According to her, Dar es Salaam has 937 ghost workers; among theme 421 have submitted incomplete certificates.
