TANZANIAN Hip Hop artiste Kalapina has disclosed what he thinks is the reason for the downfall of Harmorapa’s short lived music career.

Kalapina who is a rapper and television personality said, “the Harmonize look alike had more publicity stunts than music and it does not work like that,” he told The Playlist, Times Fm.

“Stunts are used to hype the music and not the other way around, the kid was very popular and showed up wherever the media he thought the media would cover him even on Nape Nnauye’s resignation! But he is no longer popular now,” he said on the show.

The Kikosi Cha Mizinga rapper advised local musicians not to rely on stunts, adding that stunts are not real things and it’s the quality music that matters, better rhymes and ideas that will keep the fans listening and wondering.
