After being quiet for almost four good year, Tanzanian Diva, Keisha whose real name Khadija Shaban Taya, will soon expect to launch a new song to “quench-the -thirst” of her music fans.

Keisha a hit maker of ‘Nimechoka’ Feat. Diamond Platnumz said despite being occupied to other activities and responsibilities as married woman and mother to three children, she still thinks of her talent.

“It is too hard to quit singing, it is in my blood. I am still pursuing music at the moment. My new song will be introduced and released as soon as it's ready,” she told Azania Post.

Keisha whose song “Zawadi” introduced her to the music-game, assured to give happiness to her fans who have missed her onstage.

Keisha won the 2009 Kilimanjaro Music Award for Best Female Artist

She is Procurement and Supply bachelor degree holder, alumni of CBE (College of Business Education) but her desire to devote her time in serving and helping the society.

She thinks the good way to fulfill her dream is engaging into politics.

Keisha ready to vie for a Special Seats Member of Parliament through Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) in the 2020 elections.

 “I want to help my society by solving their problems, I am honest and reliable. I will and have always put my society first, something that most politicians do not do,” she insisted.

Keisha done hit songs at her younger age including ‘Nimechoka’ feat Diamond, ‘Nalia’ feat. Fid Q and ‘Uvumilivu’ feat Squeezer which managed to chart in urban radio charts.
