Benefits of reading books (Scientific research)

Kingston University, the capital of England, shared with the public the results of its scientific studies, which have examined the effects of reading on readers.

According to the survey with 123 participants, reading books makes it easier for people to adapt to social circles.

The reason for this is the development of empathy sentiment in the person who reads regular books.

The scientists, who pointed out that participants who read books are friendlier to the audience than those who watched television, underlined that positive behaviors were more common when reading regular books in the British Psychological Society Conference held in Brighton.

The research also examined the influence of the book types on the readers. According to the statement made, those who read books in the form of comedy were the group with the highest score in terms of positive behavior.
