But the truth of the matter is, this woman is no magic. She has simply mastered what her skin needs, from what to eat to what to apply.
She simply takes care of her skin, unlike most.

Drink plenty of water
Lack of water in your body means a saggy, dull, flaky and loose skin.
So hydrate in every way possible. Drink plenty of water at least eight glasses of water a day.
Avoid sun exposure
We all know vitamin D has benefits to our body but too much of it will damage our skin.
Always wear your sunglasses and sunscreen, not only when you are at the beach enjoying the sun but also when you are out on whatsoever activities.
UV exposure contributes to aging so take caution.
