We all want a perfect skin, and we know one woman with a perfect glowing skin. And every time you see her it raises questions of how she manages to keep her skin glowing the whole year through?

How does she do it? You wonder about, over the internet, inquiring information from friends, using this and that, trying to find a glowing skin yourself.

But the truth of the matter is, this woman is no magic. She has simply mastered what her skin needs, from what to eat to what to apply.

She simply takes care of her skin, unlike most.

Here is the little secret of her skincare;

Find a skincare routine that is easy to follow

Find a skincare routine that is good for you, easy to follow and stick to it.

Drink plenty of water

Lack of water in your body means a saggy, dull, flaky and loose skin.

So hydrate in every way possible. Drink plenty of water at least eight glasses of water a day.

Avoid sun exposure

We all know vitamin D has benefits to our body but too much of it will damage our skin.

Always wear your sunglasses and sunscreen, not only when you are at the beach enjoying the sun but also when you are out on whatsoever activities.

UV exposure contributes to aging so take caution.

However, don’t just watch out for the sun but also heat from fireplaces. Stay far away from the heat altogether.

Eat foods with a source of antioxidants

Antioxidants are good for your body they help to fight disease and aging by reducing damage and inflammation.

Inflammation is the main cause of wrinkle formation.

Example of foods which are a source of antioxidants includes the following;

Dark chocolate

Organic green tea

Choose natural skin products

Most skincare products contain products that are harsh to the skin. Thus, when choosing a skin care product, moisturizer or makeup, select the one that best fit your skin by reading the ingredients constituted in the products.

Cleanse your body

Drinking a glass full of water with squeezed lemon after waking up first thing in the morning helps cleanse your body.

Try detoxifying as much. Since toxins build up in the body causing damage to the body and thus aging.

Use the correct cleanser for your skin type.

It's best to visit a dermatologist to determine your skin type. This way you will be able to use the correct cleanser made specifically for your skin type.

Use non-toxic cleaning products

chemicals are hazardous for the skin to read the contents before using any cleaning products you purchase to take care of your skin.

Drinks the right liquids

Drinking the right liquids for your body not only helps you hydrate but also oxygenate your skin. Drinking chlorophyll every morning will transform your skin in a matter of days.

Drinking chlorophyll also helps drain toxins from your body. Also, drink green juice from green veggies.

Get enough sleep

Skin benefits from sleeping, so it is not a matter of your routine sleep but your skin rejuvenation.

When we are asleep our body is working, skin rejuvenates and repairs its self. Sleep is important to hence make sure you sleep at least 7 hours a night.

Maintains a healthy balanced diet

Regular balanced diet is all you need for a healthy glowing skin.

Our skin's appearance is the outcome of what we eat. Your meal should not miss fruits, salads and green leafy vegetables.

Drink plenty of water or juice to stay hydrated during the day.

Additionally, eat foods rich in fatty acids, they are responsible for your youthful glowing skin.

Eat organic foods

These foods are fresh, they contain fewer pesticides. For instance, organic milk and meat are rich in nutrients healthy for our bodies.

When you consume organic products, you reduce the consumption of aging toxins.

Own a plan or a garden

Plants play a good role in providing us fresh oxygen. Having a plant in your home or even a garden outside will help act as an air filter.

Get enough vitamin C

More vitamin C means fewer wrinkles. The antioxidant activity of vitamin C protects us against UV rays which cause damage to our lovely skin.

Besides eating your vitamins, use products rich in vitamin C to nourish your skin. These will help repair your skin from damage caused by the sun.

Avoid Sugars

Sugar is not good for the skin. It raises insulin.

And simple refined sugar like white bread, soda cause a change in insulin level that leads to inflammation in your body.

We all know inflammation is the worst nightmare when it comes to your skin and body. It damages collagen and elastin, causing to wrinkles.

Stop your fingers from Touching your face

Touching your face does not only spread bacteria but also scarring and increased wrinkles.

Do not use too many products

Find products that are good for your skin as I have said earlier, stick to using one at a time.

Trying three or two different product all at once is not a healthy move. It could distort, cause breakouts on your skin.

Well, we don’t want our pores clogging either for this could result in a problem like an acne or allergy. The ugly truth that most don’t want to face after all who wants acne.

Our skin loses millions of dead skin cells daily. Failure to act upon them they may hang around leaving your skin looking so dry and dull.

It’s your duty to put up extra effort in taking care of your skin.

Exfoliate not only your face but also your body few times a week.

Find a product that best suits your skin type and is ph neutral.

Clean your makeup brushes regularly

Wash and avoid sharing your makeup brushes often to protect your skin from infections.

Use lukewarm water and shampoo, massage the bristles make sure to remove all dirt from the brush.

Rinse them and with the help of a towel wipe them and let dry.
