Full-back Debuchy was ditched by Arsenal in January after enduring three and a half torrid years in north London.
The Frenchman only managed 30 appearances for the Gunners, including seven outings this season, after joining from Newcastle for £12million in 2014.
But since joining Saint-Etienne the 32-year-old has been a revelation, netting twice in six appearances to help the Les Verts going unbeaten in February.

The French side eased relegation fears to swoop up to 11th in the table - recording wins over Amiens and Angers alongside draws with giants Marseille and Lyon.
Brazilian ace Neymar and Montpellier keeper Benjamin Lecomte were also up for the award.
Neymar, who became the world's most expensive footballer last summer, also found the goal twice in February before suffering a foot injury against Marseille.

He is now fighting a fitness battle ahead of the World Cup - and is currently in his homeland recovering after going under the knife.
Lecomte managed a pair of clean sheets but was pipped to the prize.
