"Juventus have always considered him unsellable and have never considered selling him," he told talkSPORT.
"The club are very satisfied, they have great respect for the lad and don't want to deprive themselves of his football qualities."
The 23-year-old is out of favour at Juve, having made just 22 Serie A appearances last term.
Torchia has previously admitted that Arsenal have made contact in the past.
