Taifa stars head coach Salumu Mayanga will be in huge pressure when his team will play a tough away game against the West Africa giant Benin at the FIFA Calendar friendly match today at Stade De L'Amitie Stadium.
The match will be played from 18:00 East African Time. It will be a die or game as the Taifa Stars will miss the services of his Captain Mbwana Samatta and Abdi Banda.
Last friendly match played 12 October 2014 at National Stadium Tanzania won 4-1 under the head coach Mart Nooij but still that may not be an advantage as Benin was without their key players.
The rest two competition in Africans cup of National qualifier saw Tanzania lost two games, in September 8, 2002 played in Benin National Stadium where the home side won 4-0 and in the second leg 22 June 2003 the same Tanzania lost 1-0 at Dar es Salaam.
Currently, FIFA Cocacola ranking Benin are in 79 position while Tanzania ranked in 136 and if Taifa Stars will win the game it will uplift the ranking.
Mayanga will use Elius Maguli and Msuva to create chances for goals as he already missed Samatta.
