The Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has officially released the names of referees to officiate the first and second leg of the African Champions League match for Tanzania's Yanga and Simba in the African tournaments.
A Burundian referee will officiate Yanga Sports Club clash against Township Rollers from Botswana at the National Stadium in Dar es Salaam Tanzania on March 6, next month and the commissioner of the game will be from Namibia.
The central referee will be Pacifique Ndabiha, while line one will be Willy Habimana and line two, Pascal Ndimunzigo while match Commissioner Mangaluso Jabulani Langwenya from Swaziland.
The second leg away in Botswana on March 17, 2018, and will be officiated by Redouane Jiyed, with Youssef Mabrouk in line one, line two will be Hicham Ait Abou and the reserve referee will be Samir Guezzaz and the match Commissioner will be Gay Makoena from South Africa.
The reds taking part in the Confederation Cup will meet Egyptian side Al Masry on March 7, 2018, in Dar es Salaam at 16:00 East Africa Time.
The Msimbazi based Club match will be officiated by South African referees Thando Helpus Ndzandzeka assisted by Zakhele Thusi Siwena and Athenkosi Ndongeni will be in line two with the reserve referee being Christopher Harrison and the match Commissioner Tuccu Guish Chrbremedhin from Eritrea.
The second leg will be held away in Egyptian coastal city of Port Said on March 17, 2018, and will be officiated by Eritrean referee Yonas Zekarias Ghetre assisted by Angesom Ogbamarian while line two Yohannes Tewelde Ghebreslase and the match commissioner will be Gamal Salem Embaia from Libya.
