CHELSEA will sign four players this summer in a bid to convince Eden Hazard they can compete for trophies still, according to reports.
The Belgian superstar is on the verge of asking Chelsea to leave after a stunning World Cup.
He has already stated that he will decide his future after the competition which will end today when Belgium take on England for the third-place play-off.
But there is a general feel that the 27-year-old is yearning for a new challenge, with Real Madrid and Barcelona lurking.
There is a £300,000-a-week contract on the table, an upgrade on his current £200,000-a-week deal.
But Hazard is more interested in trophies than money, but the Blues have a plan to convince him they can offer both.
Antonio Conte was axed this week with Maurizio Sarri expected to be confirmed this weekend.
The former Napoli boss has been praised for his offensive play which saw his Serie A side gain worldwide acclaim.
Mauricio Pochettino, Pep Guardiola and Diego Maradona are all huge fans of the 59-year-old, who is known for his smoking habit.
But the appointment of Sarri may not be enough, with the Telegraph reporting that there are three stars on the way.
Hazard revealed before the World Cup that to stand any chance of keeping him, the Blues must sign top-level players.
And the Telegraph have revealed the four stars that have been brought in to do that.
Jorginho, Daniele Rugani and Aleksandr Golovin are all said to be close to joining the Stamford Bridge side.
And if Thibaut Courtois leaves, which is looking more and more likely, Roma goalkeeper Alisson is being lined up as his replacement.
However, if all else fails, Chelsea will demand well over the record-breaking Neymar fee that Paris St-Germain paid.
