The Egyptian was forced to withdraw early in the second half after he had appeared to damaged his groin
Goal machine Salah was forced to withdraw from the 3-0 win over City at Anfield early in the second half - as he appeared to have damaged his groin.
Salah, who had earlier given the Reds the lead against Pep Guardiola's side, received treatment on the side of the pitch before hobbling down the tunnel.
But the former Chelsea ace took to Instagram on Thursday as he posted a picture while in an oxygen tent at the Reds' Melwood training ground.

The facility helps aid their recovery after matches and also speeds up the healing process on any injuries.
According to the Daily Mail, Salah had earlier been sent to the Spire Hospital in Liverpool to undergo a scan, having arrived at training for a recovery session.

The club's top scorer could miss out on playing in the Merseyside Derby against Everton on Saturday - with the return leg against City on Tuesday.
After the game, Klopp said: "Mo, I don't know. He said he feels sometimes, something, and that was enough to take him off.

"But he said after the game 'all fine, all good' but I hope that is the case. We have to wait. We still need a diagnosis."
The goal against City was Salah's 38th of an incredible debut campaign on Merseyside in just 42 games - with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sadio Mane also getting on the score sheet.
