Teamtalk are reporting that Liverpool have been linked with not one - not even two - but three audacious transfer swoops in the ever-reliable European press this morning.
Firstly, my best friends at Don Balon - still waiting on a job there, by the way - are reporting that Liverpool have the strongest chance of re-signing Luis Suarez.
Barca could be tempted into selling if they land Antoine Griezmann, and Inter Milan are rumoured to be interested - but Jurgen Klopp is apparently eyeing a sensational swoop.
Balon also say Liverpool have been handed a boost by Real Madrid, who have reportedly dropped out of the race to sign Roma goalkeeper Alisson. The Reds, however, look set to stick with Loris Karius for the time being.
Finally, elsewhere in sunny Spain, El Gol Digital claims Barcelona are ready to sell ‘flop forward’ Ousmane Dembele to Liverpool for a hefty sum of £100m. Griezmann’s arrival would, they say, spell the end for the former Dortmund man, who could well be interested in rejoining his former boss Jurgen at Anfield.
What are the chances any of these three will happen?
Can Omitted from Germany Squad
Here’s a surprise.
Either Germany don’t think he’ll be available on time, or he’s been dropped - but Emre Can hasn’t made Germany’s World Cup squad for this summer’s edition in Russia.
Granted, he may not be a Liverpool player by the time the tournament begins with reported interest from Juventus, but it’s still a shock move from Joachim Low.
He did, however, appear for his national team 13 times in 2017, which points towards Emre’s injury being a little more serious than first feared.
