Jose Mourinho believes he can turn things around at Manchester United and has no plans to step down at Old Trafford.
The 55-year-old has come under huge pressure in recent weeks and his side are without a win in four matches.
Mourinho retains the public backing of the club and executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward said last week that the club hoped to continue under Mourinho.
However, many within the club believe it’s a matter of when, not if, Mourinho goes and the club are likely to need a result against Newcastle at Old Trafford on Saturday to preserve his tenure.

Mourinho is far from happy with the lack of support he’s been given but the Times claim he has no plans to step down.
The 55-year-old feels he’s under attack from all angles and that the club could do more to combat the onslaught from pundits and ex-players.
Mourinho stepped down as Chelsea boss in 2007 but has a contract with United until 2020 that he only signed last January.
Should Mourinho survive the international break he’ll have to steer United through a tough spell where they face Juventus twice, as well as Manchester City and Chelsea.
