Simba Sports Club has left the Mapinduzi Cup tournament today after accepting a 1-0 defeat from URA in group 'A', Msimbazi based club will travel to Dar es Salaam tomorrow.

It was an attractive game with both sides in need of a result, and the first half was favorable for URA giving them their lead through striker Babossi Kalaba.

Coach Masudi Djuma tried to avoid bad results by making changes but the game was not on his side, fans witnessed URA hold the game at pivot on the ground while Simba used passing through left and right side of the ground.

In injury time Simba showed that they need to have a goal but did not succeed to put the ball behind URA's net.

Today's result puts Azam FC second while URA leads the group after accumulating 10 points, Azam will play against the leader of group 'B' while second winner of group 'B' will play against leader of group 'A'.
