Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is reportedly plotting to spend as much as €300million in the final few weeks of the transfer window.
Although deadline day has passed for Premier League clubs, most of the rest of Europe can still shop around for new players until August 31.
According to Don Balon, Real have big plans up their sleeve, and plenty of cash to throw about as Perez looks to significantly strengthen the squad at the disposal of new manager Julen Lopetegui.
The Spanish giants have been linked with a number of big names this summer, as always, but have only made a few signings, bringing in Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea as probably their most high-profile deal.
Julen Lopetegui could do with some more signings for Real Madrid
Alvaro Odriozola and Vinicius Junior have also joined Los Blancos, but Perez could really do with more, especially up front after losing Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus this summer.
Big names like Gareth Bale, Marco Asensio and Karim Benzema remain at the Bernabeu, but Real finished third in La Liga last season, barely challenging eventual champions Barcelona for the title, so surely need more in the coming weeks.
