NEYMAR insists his father does not rule his career amid reports Neymar Snr is seeking to move the striker to Real Madrid.
Back channels between Neymar Snr and Real Madrid president Florentino Perez have supposedly been opened in recent months.
Neymar only joined Paris Saint-Germain from Barcelona last summer in a £200million.
But that has not dampened speculation Real Madrid want to sign the Brazilian during this pre-season.
Neymar has been asked on numerous occasions about his future and how his father runs his affairs.
And the Brazil international has spoken out about the speculation.
"My father does not make decisions in my career, I am the one who decides," he said.
"He is the best counsellor I have, but the one who decides is me.
"My father takes care of other interests that go hand in hand so that I can dedicate myself entirely to my profession.
"What bothers me and makes me angry is when they say nonsense about my family in the media."
Neymar has remained insistent that he will stay at PSG this summer, with Thomas Tuchel coming in as their new manager.
His first season in Paris was reviewed by Unai Emery, who left PSG for Arsenal earlier this month.
"I know when I lead a group and when I don’t,” he told The Tactical Room.
“It is a process that every coach must live and internalise, it is something that is learned with time and experience.
“In each club you need to know what your role is and what role should be assigned to the rest of the group.
“I am of the opinion that the leader of PSG is Neymar.
“Neymar came to PSG to be the leader, to go through this process and become the best in the world.
“In Manchester City it is Pep Guardiola, in PSG it is Neymar."
