Tanzania’s Simba SC supporters favourite player Emmanuel Okwi lived up to his billing when he scored the only goal against Mtibwa Sugar in a strength testing match which took place at the National Stadium.
The Ugandan international striker scored the goal in the 44 minute of the first half when he received a cross from his team mate.
As usual Simba was at its best playing entertaining football but it's strikers failed to pass through solid Mtibwa defense.
Ofcourse, Simba has the right balance in attack and defense they are failing to do better upfront when converting chances.
This is the second time that Simba are recording a 1-0 win at the same venue.
Last week they beat Rayon of Rwanda by the same margin.
The team has this season assembled top quality strikers including John Bocco who last season was among best goal scores while he was with Azam FC.
However, the team is failing to score and if they will not find the good balance and scoring formular it will be like last season when the tram could not score more than five goals in one game.
