Members at the Simba SC general meeting which taking place at Mwalimu Julius Nyerere International Conference Center has fired controversial chairperson of the council of trustees of the club Hamis Kilomoni.

The General Assembly agreed to fire Kilomoni due to his behaviour which they said he is hindering the development of the club and also for taking football matters to the court of law.

The club through its head of communication and information Haji Manara said the fired leader will be informed in writing soon.

He said the Congress has named Kilosa DC Adam Mgoi as the new trustees council chairman.

kilomoni could not be reached for his comment on the stand taken by the commitee.

Also the assembly has voted long time ardent fun of the team Professor Juma Kapuya as the new trustee replacing the late Ally Skyes.

Kilomoni last week sought court intervention to stop the club from holding the annual general meeting.

He said the meeting is illegal as the acting president and his vice were not elected.

However the court gave the club go ahead to host the meeting which among other things will discuss on commercialization of the club and also last season finances.
