Simba SC’s striker Okwi in Uganda the Cranes’ final squad against Ghana

Uganda the Cranes have included Simba SC star Emmanuel Okwi in their final squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier to Russia against Ghana the ‘Black Stars’.

Apart from including Emmanuel Okwi, the Cranes Caretaker Moses Basena has excluded another Simba SC player Juuko Murshid at the ‘super’ match which will be held in Kampala on October 7.

Juuko left out from the squad after his two yellow cards which automatically caused him on a suspension, the player has been replaced by Tony Maweje who missed two previous matches.

Basena has also added Geoffrey Kizito who missed the game against Egypt and he is expecting to be lineup at Mandela National Stadium in Kampala City on October 7.

Uganda is in the second place in Group E after collecting 7 points, behind of Egypt who have 9 points after played four matches.

Kizito who is currently playing with Vietnam team’s Than Quang Ninh will play on attacking field with a good combination from Serunkuma and Emanuel Okwi.
