THE Confederation of African Football (CAF) will send its officials in Tanzania to inspect seven stadiums in four regions that will host 2019 AFCON-U17.
TFF named the regions as Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma and Mwanza whereby CAF will look on the best stadiums to host matches of the tournament.
Dar es Salaam region is most expected to win the chance as it has around four stadiums which are National Stadium,Uhuru Stadium (Shamba la Bibi) Azam Complex owned by Azam FC and Karume memorial Stadium.
Upcountry Stadiums are Jamhuri Stadium (Dodoma), CCM Kirumba (Mwanza) and Sheikh Amri Abeid memorial Stadium.
Recently, Minister for Information, Arts, Culture and Sports Dr. Harrison Mwakyembe appointed committee of 25 members for preparations of AFCON U-17.
