Tanzania football giant, Azam FC are in Uganda for tough preseason fixtures and trainings where they expected to play a strength testing match tomorrow against KCCA.
The ice cream makers are in Uganda on a ten days camp and on Friday they will face vipers.
On Sunday the team will face Ondurapaka and the following day windup the camp with a game against Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) in a friendly match which promises to be more entertaining.
Azam FC who will not play any Confederation of Africa (CAF) games this year are in the process of strengthening their squad ahead of the domestic league.
The team which is regarded as one of the richest in East and Central Africa has also played a strength testing games against Mbeya city, Lipuli and Njombe mji.
This year the club has lost nearly half of their first team players, it has lost their record scorer John Bocco, Shomary Kapombe, Erasto Naomi, Aishi Manila who all joined with Simba SC.
Azam have also lost credo Micheal to Yanga SC and loaned five players to other premier league teams.
However, the team has beefed up the squad by signing Mbaraka Muhammad who was one of the best scorers last season.
The team has also signed Ghana National team keeper on a three year contract.
