Phil Jones and Daley Blind have returned to training for United ahead of Saturday's huge Manchester derby, boss Jose Mourinho has confirmed.
Jones has been out for two months with an unspecified injury while Blind has not played since the 2-0 win against Derby in the FA Cup third-round way back on January 5.
But the pair were back out on the training pitches at Carrington with their team-mates this week; Jones joins Marcos Rojo and Ander Herrera in being passed fit ahead of the derby while Blind took part in Friday morning's session.
Sergio Romero is now the only player on the treatment table after picking up an injury on international duty with Argentina last month.
The United stopper was forced off in the 22nd minute of his side's 6-1 defeat at the hands of Spain after colliding with Diego Costa as he scored the game's opening goal.
Mourinho previously revealed that Romero would be out for 'a few weeks' and he has now given a brief update on his squad as a whole.
“Everybody is coming back but Sergio [Romero] is injured,” he told MUTV.
United youngster Matej Kovar trained with the first team ahead of Saturday's huge Manchester derby.
The 17-year-old joined United from FC Slovacko on deadline day after previously spending a week on trial with the club after being spotted by club scouts.
During the Czech youngster's trial at Carrington, in November, he met both Jose Mourinho and Zlatan Ibrahimovic and was even given a tour of Old Trafford as United pulled out all the stops.
Now, just a few months later, Kovar is training with the first team.
The club's usual fourth-choice goalkeeper, Kieran O'Hara, will probably be involved in the reserves' huge game against Sunderland at Old Trafford on Friday night so Kovar stepped up to train alongside David de Gea, Sergio Romero and Joel Pereira.
