Ruvu Shooting, army based team from Ruvu in Coast Region played a good game to stopped Mtibwa Sugar’s three match back-to-back winning streak by holding them to a 1-1 draw at Mlandizi ground.
The 1-1 draw with Ruvu Shooting reduced the speed of Mtibwa Sugar and forced to add only a point, but they still claim the driver’s seat with 10 points.
Yanga 1-0 Ndanda at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam on Saturday 23rd September 2017
Yanga gets a narrow win of 1-0 against Ndanda fc from Mtwara at Uhuru Stadium in Dar es Salaam. Yanga’s Assistant Coach, Shadrack Nsajigwa said it was enough as it provided them vital points.
Nsajigwa said that what they needed most are three points and winning by a big margin cannot be guaranteed as all teams are well prepared for this season’s kick off. He said the lone goal gave his team eight points.
