IT is an undefined game today as Young Africans Sports Club alias Yanga faces Ndanda FC at Nangwanda Stadium, Mtwara in the progress of Vodacom Premier League round 19.
The game scheduled to start at 16: 00 is expected to be tough due to the results that have been shown when the game is played at Nangwanda Sijaona stadium.
History has it that Young Africans SC had never won at Mtwara’s stadium when playing Ndanda FC.
In the 2014-2015 season, Young Africans were defeated in the first round at the same ground. During the second game Young Africans drew against Ndanda FC.
The only time the Jangwani based team won was at Dar’s National Stadium.
Speaking to Azania Post, Yanga defender Hassan Kessi said the game is expected to be tough because of challenge Ndanda poses to them when they meet at their home ground.
"It is true, we need three points.We are good and well organized. We are excepting to attain a good victory," he said.
For his part, Idriss Bandari Ndanda FC Information Officer said their team is ready prepared and needs to win in order to avoid the relegation zone.
Ndanda FC has 18 points and are 13 in the VPL. It is on the bottom of the list while Yanga has 37 points and in the second of the VPL table
